Our team consists of professionals who have years of experience in the Pediatric Home care industry.

Wanda Kent-Gergerich: Our administrator, has been involved in the management of home care, hospice, and LTC for over 20 years and has 4 years of Pediatric Home Care management experience behind her. Wanda is a strong and proven leader who has had a successful career in the Health care field and continues to strengthen her standing in the health care community.

Nicole Kelly: Our Home Health Care manager, has 7 ½ years of Pediatric Home Care experience under her belt. She manages and maintains a high level of professionalism and coordinates everything between the patient and employees flawlessly. Nicole has an excellent reputation with our referral sources, the hospital case managers and many of the insurance providers along with her families and employees.

Lisa Demko, RN: Our Clinical Director has been in the Home Health Care field for over 17 years and in Pediatric Home Care for 11 years. Lisa began her career as a High-Tech pediatric field nurse and continued on as a nursing supervisor in Pediatric Home Health. Lisa has extensive knowledge of Home Care and how to adequately prepare your home for our Exceptional kids. She has a solid background and working knowledge of Home Care equipment and how to best utilize the space you have to work with. Lisa also has an extensive background in Quality Assurance, as she has been the Director of Professional Services and Quality Assessment Manager for 7 years for a major Home Health Care organization. Lisa has developed and provided multiple trainings for field staff and continues her commitment to excellence in Home Care as she continues her journey with eKidzCare.
