Electronic Documentation takes effect on November 1 With the addition of AlayaCare for seamless communication, eKidzCare will officially phase out written documentation. This change will not only reduce the documentation burden but will also allow for better communication with fewer errors. Starting Monday, November 1, all documentation must be completed through AlayaCare. This includes documentation of hours worked for payroll processing.
