Description

eKidzCare is hiring for a talented Director of Recruiting to work in our corporate office located in Sewickley, PA. This position will design, create, and direct hiring initiatives as our company seeks new talent for the organization. This individual will assume a team leader role and will work closely with the recruitment team to manage sourcing and employment processes to ensure the company hires qualified employees to meet our company’s current and future needs.

The Director of Recruiting will be responsible for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process, managing applications, and serving as a valuable brand ambassador.

Responsibilities of the Director of Recruiting

  • Drive and direct all recruitment efforts and processes
  • Implement strategic hiring procedures and improve upon recruitment measures
  • Work with all eKidzCare offices to confirm hiring needs and requirements
  • Create and suggest new and effective interviewing procedures and techniques
  • Research and choose job advertising options
  • Implement new sourcing methods
  • Engage in effective recruitment methods to determine useful applicant markets
  • Set clear goals and benchmarks for the recruitment team
  • Train and supervise recruiters in correct company processes
  • Encourage open lines of communication between yourself and recruiting team
  • Document and present detailed progress reports of recruiting campaigns
  • Adherence to fair employment laws and practices
  • Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications for the Director of Recruiting

Minimum requirements:

  • BA/BS Preferred
  • 2+ years of proven experience in recruitment required
  • Previous experience in home health within the last 2-3 years
  • Managerial and leadership experience
  • At least 1 year of experience recruiting in healthcare strongly desired
  • Additional experience in compliance or health care preferred
  • Understanding of fair employment practices
  • Exemplary communication skills both oral and written
  • Consistently meets deadlines
  • Thrives under pressure
  • Documented satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers

Work Hours

Office Hours: Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm

Clinical Skills/Experience

Experience in both recruitment and home health preferred.
