Electronic Documentation takes effect on November 1

With the addition of AlayaCare for seamless communication, eKidzCare will officially phase out written documentation. This change will not only reduce the documentation burden but will also allow for better communication with fewer errors.

Starting Monday, November 1, all documentation must be completed through AlayaCare. This includes documentation of hours worked for payroll processing.

To help with this process, we’ve created a series of how-to videos for using the AlayaCare mobile app. See below for the Nurse Mobile App Training and visit the eKidzCare YouTube page to see all of our other helpful AlayaCare tutorials. All eKidzCare team members should review these videos before November 1 to ensure success when using the AlayaCare platform.
