Last week (4/18/19), the Boalsburg Fire Hall hosted the bi-annual eKidzCare Directors Meeting in Boalsburg, PA. This meeting serves as an opportunity for our office leaders across the state to come together, share ideas, and work toward a stronger eKidzCare. Through group discussion, team building exercises, and an operational strategy workshop, this event provides the eKidzCare team with a refreshed and energized palette going into the second quarter.

This meeting also featured our inaugural Pinning Ceremony for our new Preceptor Program, a quarterly program that rewards our experienced nurses by promoting and certifying them as eKidzCare Preceptors to serve as role models and guides to fellow nurses in their area.
