Spring 2021
We are proud to announce Jennie McClimans has recently received her Doctorate of Public Health with a specialty in Health Advocacy and Leadership from Capella University.
In attaining this Doctorate, Jennie completed a dissertation titled “An Exploration of Care Coordination Programs to Improve Communication between Home Health Agencies and Caregivers,” which is in the process of being published and is available to you upon request. The dissertation discusses the necessity of providing quality, high-value health care to the pediatric population while receiving home health services through care coordination activities.
As a result of her dedication and continued efforts to improve our industry’s practices, we are pleased to announce Jennie’s well-deserved promotion to Chief Operating Officer. Our entire organization values her unwavering passion and loyalty to our mission. We also look forward to the ongoing improvements and innovations Jennie will bring to the world of Pediatric Home Health Care.
Jennie joined eKidzCare nearly 10 years ago. Throughout her tenure, she has held numerous positions, including Director of our Meadville office for five years, Director of Compliance for a year, and Vice President for four years. Because of her extensive experience, we are confident in her ability to continue providing extensive knowledge and expertise through her organizational and leadership capacities.
We are very excited to share this news with all of you and this opportunity to further champion the company’s commitment to better ourselves and our practices and the industry’s practices as a whole. We continue working toward our mission to establish ourselves and gain recognition in the community. We see eKidzCare as a leader in providing advanced and exceptional care to children with special needs, in their own homes – and through accomplishments like Jennie’s, we get closer to that vision.
Once again, please join us in congratulating Jennie on her incredible achievement and her new role.
