Promoting from Within: Meet Our New Compliance Director

eKidzCare values our employees, and when positions become available, we prefer to promote from within. In the new year, we’ve seen many internal promotions and want to celebrate these integral members of the eKidzCare team. During the months of January and February, we’ll feature our internal promotions to celebrate our colleagues in their success.

With almost a decade of experience at eKidzCare, we are pleased to announce the promotion of Jaci Loeffler, RN, to Compliance Director. As Compliance Director, Jaci will provide leadership and support to all offices regarding compliance and quality improvement processes.

Jaci Loeffler, RN

Jaci started with eKidzCare in 2013 as a field nurse. After three years, she was promoted to RN Supervisor and CPR Instructor in our Pittsburgh area office located in Sewickley, PA. In 2019, Jaci was promoted and served as Clinical Director for the Pittsburgh area. From 2020 until recently, Jaci has served as the Regional Clinical Support Consultant with her new title as Compliance Director in 2022.

“I became interested in compliance when I was originally an RN Supervisor. I found myself attentive to the fundamentals derived from the “what” and the “why” I was doing things. I’ve enjoyed my clinical involvement with teaching/educating, and I look forward to producing the same effect with my new role as Compliance Director,” said Jaci.

“I’m motivated to improve my knowledge behind the rules and regulations we in the healthcare industry are guided to follow and enforce. My goal is to help benefit the operational success of this company by providing logical application and efficient processes to ensure the legal and ethical functionality is properly achieved. I believe job execution is better performed after knowing its core methods; therefore, I hope my duties will aid in that by offering insight, understanding, and smooth operation to enable overall job and company achievement. It’s fascinating to know the different positions one can hold as a nurse, and I am forever grateful to my eKidzCare family for the trusting pursuit of these opportunities.”

Once again, congratulations to Jaci on her new role! We are beyond grateful to her nearly ten years of service to the eKidzCare team.
