Promoting from Within: Meet Our New Recruiting and Staffing Director

eKidzCare values our employees, and when positions become available, we prefer to promote from within. In the new year, we’ve seen many internal promotions and want to celebrate these integral members of the eKidzCare team. During the month of January, we’ll feature our internal promotions to celebrate our colleagues in their success.

For our first installment, we are happy to announce the promotion of Carolyn Dudek to Recruiting and Staffing Director, overseeing both the eKidzCare and ePeople Healthcare recruitment and staffing departments. Since her start with the organization in 2021, Carolyn has brought incredible energy and enthusiasm to our company. In addition, she has successfully implemented protocols to improve the recruiting department’s efficiency.

We value Carolyn’s insight, which will help us maximize the potential of the staffing department for our sister company, ePeople Healthcare. In addition, Carolyn receives frequent recognition from her peers for her motivational abilities to lead her team.

“2022 is going to be an ‘epic’ year in the words of my daughter, and she’s not wrong. The focus word is building, and that’s just what we plan on doing at ePeople. Building systems, connections, friendships, and a solid foundation to help facilities find the care their patients need and the jobs our nurses live for. I look forward to working with this fantastic team in 2022,” said Carolyn.

Carolyn came to eKidzCare with more than six years of experience in recruiting and 12 years of managerial experience. Outside of work, Carolyn is a woman of faith who enjoys time with her 6-year-old, as well as family bonfires and outings.
