Promoting from Within: Meet Our New Employee Relations Specialist

eKidzCare values our employees, and when positions become available, we prefer to promote from within. In the new year, we’ve seen many internal promotions and want to celebrate these integral members of the eKidzCare team. During the month of January, we’ll feature our internal promotions to celebrate our colleagues in their success.

Alexis Boring

It is our pleasure to announce the promotion of Alexis Boring, MSHRM, from Project Coordinator to Employee Relations Specialist. This well-deserved promotion will serve as an extension to our Corporate HR Department. We value the commitment, dedication, and devotion she has provided us with.

In this role, Alexis will provide oversight to the credentialing specialist department and implement employee relations initiatives focused on strengthening the company’s culture. Alexis began her career with eKidzCare five years ago as a Human Resources Coordinator in our Greensburg office. She then transitioned into a Project Coordinator role and began working closely with the eKidzCare management team for the past few years. Alexis understands what it takes to improve employee satisfaction and morale. We anticipate that her expertise and initiatives will strengthen our culture and mission from a corporate level serving as a company advocate.

When asked about her new role, Alexis said, “I am really excited for the opportunity to explore and promote employee relations within the company. Work can be tough and sometimes days can be stressful, so it is so important to have programs and initiatives to help balance that. Work aside – I think there is a lot of value in recognizing those around you, their accomplishments, and acknowledging when they need some support. It is human nature to want to feel good about the things you are doing and the people you surround yourself with. With that being said, I think that should be a main focus in the workplace as well. ePeople and eKidzCare already have a great culture and great individuals within in – so focusing on this should only make us stronger. I also look forward to working with corporate recruiting and credentialing specialists to further champion this through recruiting practices and compliance pieces.”

Once again, congratulations to Alexis on her new role within eKidzCare and ePeople. We are beyond proud to have you as part of our team!
